01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "tah77," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the tah77 platform accessible at tah77.cam.
• "Platform" means the tah77 website, mobile-optimized interface, and all games, features, and services made available through tah77.cam.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account with tah77 or accesses the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal player account created upon registration on the tah77 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in your tah77 Account wallet at any given time.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the tah77 Platform, clicking "I Agree," registering an Account, or placing any wager through tah77, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, along with the tah77 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules applicable to specific games or promotions offered on the Platform.

If you are accessing the tah77 Platform on behalf of a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and tah77.

03 Eligibility

To be eligible to open and maintain a tah77 Account and to use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing casino-style online gaming;
• You are accessing and using the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction that explicitly prohibits online gambling;
• You are not an employee, director, officer, contractor, agent, or close family member of tah77 or any of its affiliated companies;
• You are acting on your own behalf and are not registering or operating an Account on behalf of any third party;
• You have not previously had a tah77 Account suspended or terminated for cause;
• You are not the subject of a self-exclusion order on the tah77 Platform or any PAGCOR-administered exclusion registry.

04 Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account on the tah77 Platform. Opening multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering for a tah77 Account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information, including your legal full name, Philippine mobile number, and date of birth;
• Maintain and promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate at all times;
• Not use a false identity, impersonate any other person, or use a name that you are not legally authorized to use;
• Provide a valid Philippine mobile number that you own and control, as this will serve as your primary identifier and communication channel on tah77;
• Notify tah77 support immediately if any of your registered information changes.

tah77 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) procedures at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification upon request may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is satisfactorily completed.

05 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tah77 Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your tah77 Account that is not used on any other platform;
• Never share your login credentials with any third party;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available;
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices;
• Notify tah77 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

tah77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. All wagers and transactions completed through your Account credentials are your responsibility unless tah77 has been notified in advance of a security compromise.

06 Deposits

Deposits to your tah77 Account are accepted through approved payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

• The minimum deposit amount on tah77 is PHP 50 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method;
• Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your tah77 Account balance instantly upon successful processing by the payment provider;
• tah77 does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees;
• Deposits are final and non-refundable once credited and wagered. Unplayed deposits may be reversed to the original payment method upon verified request;
• tah77 reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit if required by applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

07 Withdrawals

tah77 is committed to processing withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya in approximately ninety (90) minutes on average. Actual processing times may vary depending on payment provider processing schedules, KYC verification status, and applicable compliance checks.

• The minimum withdrawal amount on tah77 is PHP 100;
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account verified as belonging to the Account holder;
• tah77 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions to GCash or PayMaya;
• Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending completion of identity verification, anti-money laundering checks, or review of unusual Account activity;
• Bonus Funds that have not satisfied applicable Wagering Requirements are not eligible for withdrawal;
• tah77 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal above threshold amounts set by our compliance team.

08 Bonuses & Promotions

tah77 offers various promotional bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, and reload incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in each promotion, including applicable Wagering Requirements and expiry periods. The following general bonus rules apply across all tah77 promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players aged 21 and above;
• Only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise;
• Wagering Requirements must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance;
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple Accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly — will result in forfeiture of all bonus amounts and potential permanent Account suspension;
• tah77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected Players;
• Bonuses credited in error must be returned upon tah77's request; any winnings derived from erroneously credited bonuses may be voided.

09 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the tah77 Platform are provided by certified third-party game studios and use independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable. Live dealer games are operated under controlled studio conditions with certified equipment and procedures.

• Each game's rules, Return to Player (RTP) percentage, and paytable are available within the game interface;
• In the event of a discrepancy between the displayed result on your device and the result recorded on tah77's servers, the server record shall be conclusive;
• tah77 reserves the right to void bets placed during any verifiable system malfunction or software error;
• Players must not exploit software bugs, glitches, or unintended game behaviors; any winnings resulting from exploitation may be forfeited;
• The use of automated betting software, bots, or any artificial intelligence tools to play games on tah77 is strictly prohibited.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tah77 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on tah77;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud;
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Using third-party software, bots, or scripts to automate gameplay or gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage or matched-betting strategies using tah77 bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent risk;
• Attempting to access another Player's Account without authorization;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing tah77 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the tah77 Platform — including but not limited to the tah77 brand name, logos, website design, game graphics, promotional materials, software, and written content — is the property of tah77 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tah77 Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any tah77 content without express written permission from tah77.

12 Responsible Gaming

tah77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices for all Philippine players. We provide the following tools within every registered tah77 Account:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit to your tah77 Account;
• Loss Limits: Configure maximum loss thresholds over defined time periods;

• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your Account for a period of your choosing;

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tah77's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises. tah77 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, or goodwill;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss or damage;
• Any interruption to Platform services caused by circumstances outside tah77's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, internet outages, or regulatory actions;
• Any loss arising from your own breach of these Terms or applicable law;
• Errors or omissions in third-party game software, provided tah77 acts in good faith upon becoming aware of any error.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude tah77's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable Philippine law.

14 Platform Availability

tah77 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, or circumstances beyond tah77's reasonable control. tah77 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable. No compensation is payable for Platform unavailability unless caused by tah77's gross negligence.

15 Account Suspension & Termination

tah77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Discovery of ineligibility (including failure to meet the 21+ age requirement);
• Provision of false, fraudulent, or incomplete registration information;
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 10;
• Request by relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities;
• Account inactivity in accordance with tah77's inactive account policy.

Where an Account is suspended for reasons other than established fraud, tah77 will return any verified real-money Balance to the Player's registered payment method after the resolution of any pending investigations. Bonus Funds will not be returned.

16 Privacy

tah77's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by the tah77 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to tah77's data practices as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is available at tah77.cam/privacy-policy.

17 Amendments to These Terms

tah77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email or mobile number on file with at least seven (7) calendar days' notice before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by applicable law or regulatory directive. The current version of the Terms will always be available on the Platform. Your continued use of tah77 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

18 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the tah77 Platform shall first be referred to tah77's Customer Support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) or such other recognized arbitration body as may be mutually agreed. Nothing herein prevents tah77 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines for matters requiring emergency relief.
